I felt confident when I bought my new heater from central plumbing and heating and had them install it was never installed or plumbed correctly are still existing and no solutions from them on their equipment or their installation. It has streaking down the vent piping that leaks onto my heater and they said I would have to show them where it was leaking for them to fix it. Very disappointed � another company has to fix their original installation

I have made 2 appointments that they were 4 hours late to and haven't done anything yet. One says it just dirty and needs cleaning the next one say's it's the blower. Make another appointment I have spent $440.00 and they did nothing except ask me to make another appointment cause I guess it's to hard to do the work they were hired to do. I had to call them to remind them of my appointment at 8:30 both times and they finally show at 12:00. I will never use them again I will spend more gladly with someone else.
