Called and had an appointment scheduled for a estimate to run a gas line at my house. I live in Slaughter but work every day in Baton Rouge. I took off of work early and drove back home from Baton Rouge to Slaughter so that I could meet Central Plumbing at my house to do the estimate. Needless to say, they didn't show. I had to call and was told they got backed up and couldn't make it. After I explained the driving and work situation, was then told that she'd check with the dispatcher and call me back. Fixed the problem in ten min. When other companies couldn't fix it at all.
Not sure about this company!! They came out last Thursday, said I needed a new water line ran, so I paid half down to come out first thing Monday morning to fix it. I call Monday morning and was told it would be first spot Tuesday, here it is Tuesday I called again first thing this morning said I would be their second spot for the day!!! Missing two days of work and paid half upfront. Not very happy!
We had a great experience with Central Plumbing recently. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
