Horrible communication, horrible customer service skills particularly in the office. The tech was nice, but overall this was a horrible experience, waste of money & dealing with the lady in the office that needs to learn communication & customer service skills. Stuart and Rusty was fantastic. They was very professional. They took me through the process step by step. Central Plumbing dispatcher was very friendly and professional. I can't tell you enough good things about this company when all other plumbing companies wouldn't come out until next week(two days before Thanksgiving). Thank you Central Plumbing.
Professional, knowledgeable and efficient service! They have come to my rescue to ensure my safety when my gas line on my fireplace needed repair and when I needed to protect my home from water damage from a broken pipe inside of my wall and they updated the look of my bathroom installing new fixtures that could not be retrofitted in my older home!
Call on Monday at 8:30a.m to get estimates on repairs they told me some one will be there in the afternoon no show no call. I called at 3:30p.m someone in their office told me tech was in Baker they must got held up I said ok I understood but he had my ticket. Today (Tuesday) 2:30p.m no call no show I called to inform them if they haven't took my name off the list to do so the lady told me someone call and left message at 4:30p.m yesterday...No one call no one left a message why would I lie about that if I have two water lea... read more
