This garage is a trap and is very misleading. Its SP Parking and not Central Parking and the sign says its 24 hours but its not really public. What I've learned is that you need to get some sort of code to enter the garage to retrieve your viechles. Luckily I had some help and the manager was very professional except for the "security" guy who was at the 1667K office with the golden doors who complained that he had to leave his desk and attempted to scam me over a parking mishap, thus accusing me of "escalating the situation... read more
Worst parking experience i ever had never come here we parked here at 1:43 am and it said garage closes at 4 we come back 3:00 am and garage is closed and they told us we had to call the number on ticket to some guy name george and he isn’t answering so we are still waiting to get our car out of garage. Just absolutely no help and we are not from dc so we where just standing on the streets with no where to go I believe they should shut down this garage for horrible customer service and non response to customers in need just ... read more
