Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
