I have lived here for 3 years now. Before this complex were bought out by another company they were on top everything and I really enjoyed living here. This is currently how the pool here looks. It’s the end of May and I can’t even use an amenity that I’m paying for. On top of that I have multiple work orders in that no still has come and fixed. We thought this apartment was great during tour. Quickly found out since then that no one answers the phones. We were told if we were unable to get the apartment we would receive our 150$ deposit back within 7 days of denial. Since then, 3 weeks ago, I have called and emailed daily with no response, no answers, and still have not received a refund.
I really like this apartment complex! They take care of everything! I had lights go out they were here within twenty minutes! On a side note the apartments are really spacious i love how we get two porches. I give this complex five stars! I really like how awesome the ladies in the office are just so nice and sweet! Any questions you have they answer them!
The inside of the apartment is pretty nice, but other than that everything else is bad. The office management is not professional. I have attempted to visit the office during their open hours, but no one is working. If you try to call them no one will answer. We can’t even give our 60 day lease notice because the management doesn’t have it ready for us? Idk how thats even possible that they can do that.
