Unfortunately, I read the reviews only after I left these apartments. As someone wrote before me, at first it looks very nice when you are about to sign a contract. However, after signing, everything turns out differently. After moving out, I made a mini-repair, eliminating even the minimal defects that arise from wear and tear, my wife did a general cleaning, but we were not refunded. By far worst apartments i’ve ever lived in when it comes to managers and the office answering phone calls when you actually need to get in contact with them. HORRIBLE.
Clumped together. Little privacy
Great apartments for what they are and great help when its needed! Recently had to have my in unit washing machine replaced and the maintenance guy Gage has been so helpful every step of the way!
