Mixed feelings. The residents are friendly based on the ones I’ve interacted with. The responses from property managers is spacey at best. (Could be understaffing issues. Uncertain but problematic still.) The internet/wifi services are extremely lacking to say the least and any communications to fix the issue or outsource services has been met with hard negatives. Management is horrible! No answers from no one, need to be more organized. Been waiting for key cards for 3 weeks . Each person keeps saying that they will let me know shortly, but no answer. Do not rent here at all. Management is not on top of things; you have to email or remind them.They always say they will let you know. I had wasps coming inside the building through the light bulb, and it took them a while to respond. Also had to kill two of them, and they said maybe they came in inside the screen door . Do not move here. I've been here 6 months and will not stay. Impossible to get a hold of management. Extremely slow maintenance response - if they respond at all. Want to send three questions in an email? Good luck getting a clear response to one. Billing errors, misrepresented apartment layout from the display unit, poorly cleaned upon move in, overflowing dumpsters, charges for everything and anything instead of included amenities, and the run around about missed promises. It has been about 6 days that my husband, myself and my baby have been in a hot apartment - my A/C stopped working (7/31), blowing cold air, the fan sounds on but no cool air is coming through. It’s 100 degrees outside and 75 degrees inside my unit. For 6 consecutive days. I have reached out since then and have received little to no response back.
