Do not move here. I've been here 6 months and will not stay. Impossible to get a hold of management. Extremely slow maintenance response - if they respond at all. Want to send three questions in an email? Good luck getting a clear response to one. It has been about 6 days that my husband, myself and my baby have been in a hot apartment - my A/C stopped working (7/31), blowing cold air, the fan sounds on but no cool air is coming through. It’s 100 degrees outside and 75 degrees inside my unit. For 6 consecutive days. I have reached out since then and have received little to no response back. Stay classy Pennwood. The amenities aren’t usable, Dumpsters are always filthy, and dog poop everywhere. Staff is ever not caring and can never give good answers. Grass isn’t taken care of… etc. Rent here if you want this wonderful experience!
been here a month our microwave and toilet was broken in the apartment still no fixes for it, pool is musty and gross and they don’t chlorinate the water or clean it… there’s algae all over it.. the heated part of it is also broken and so are the lights the whole hangout area is gross too. dead plants and dog poop everywhere. gym is gross and the ipad thing doesn’t work. sound proofing is also terrible can hear neighbors stomping all the time. don’t live here there’s way nicer places to live.
