Penwood Apartments looks like it has potential to be a great property. The people are great and Shirley did a fantastic job with the tour.
Touring the Penwood community today with Shirley was amazing. She was able to answer all my questions and give me all the information I needed, as I am new to this area. Really enjoyed working with her, while searching for a new home!
Stay away from this complex! I informed them I would be moving in on Saturday, driving in from NYC, and they didn’t raise any concern. The office was supposed to be opened until 5pm. I called from my hotel in the morning and left a voicemail. No one called me back so I kept calling after every hour. I finally arrived at 4pm, no one was in the office. They offer everything you can think of and Shirley was able to answer all our questions and was so nice and knowledgeable about all the packages and what they include. 10/10
