Most horrific, incompetent, poorly managed company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They take no accountability, show not even an ounce of concern or effort to assist those in the communities they are paid to manage.
If you want to run your community into the ground this is the Management Company to hire. Can not get anywhere with the their personal every request that I have has to be referred back to Association President why pay a Management Company 200,000 if they can not perform. They allow Board to pick and chooses what families can live here they are bias, unfair unethical. I am frankly quite disgusted by the unprofessional conversation I just had with Diego R., the property manager for Shaker Village. This company has been managing my association for the past six weeks and have somehow managed to be even worse than the one before. The previous property management company was suspected of misappropriating funds and I thought any thing would be better than that but I was wrong. Adverse action is justified for the even reported after the decision was made. Non compliance are reported for imaginary or unverified information, without sharing or verifying with the owners concerned. Owner is presentable but staff avoids face to face or phone conversation, which generates delay and complicates matter. When it happens it only justifies legal cost. I wish they support open forum, opportunity to present and verify truth and serve the owners.
I lived at one of the managed properties for two and a half years. Property Keepers Management LLL is one of the most useless, lackluster, and unresponsive managment company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I have made repeated requests from them for the board, and or issues within the HOA, and the standard response is to pass the buck to every other entity, and not do the job for which the company is paid.

I immediately removed your email and asked if you still own the unit. You replied that you have not owned the unit since September.
