I’ve been seen there for almost a year I’m on wavier because my insurance won’t cover my medication. B/c of staff changes in the pharmacy I had to reapply and was denied using the same information I did the last time. I was told originally to say I don’t have insurance since it won’t my meds. Get new drs. who give a crap about anyone. You know ones that don't lie to their clients.
The doctors are worse than useless (everyone gets an anti-psychotic!) & precious few qualified therapists. Don't accept a trainee & if you run afoul of the administration, expect to be degraded, shamed, humiliated, & provoked into confrontations. Don't bother filing a grievance; the grievance officer won't take it. If you go to the state's Consumer Advocate for help, the admins will retaliate & lie shamelessly to protect themselves. Horrible doctors. These are the doctors that were at the bottom of their class and couldn't get employed anywhere else. They treat you like you don't know how your body feels or mind thinks. I have been dealing with my ailments 20+ years and they treated me like a drug user and liar. Before going to them my symptoms were under control, now, I am a wreck.
