Flash outages constantly. I have contacted the PRC in the past to NO AVAIL. When you call, unfortunately the poor outage dispatchers have zero info for you other than they are trying to get the issues resolved.......... well Hell, I'm glad they're working so hard to resolve the issue. Call me crazy, but I was under the impression that was what we were paying for....... electric SERVICE, NOT electric when they feel like it..... worst utility I've had the pure displeasure of dealing with. The power went out and I have been on hold for over 20 minutes to report the outage.
Lost power and now we only have power to one side and it is low voltage
I have been trying to get through since 10 pm, it's busy or either I'm on hold for about 15 minutes and then it just disconnects. ..I had partial service for about 45 minutes (meaning my lights are faintly lit) now no service and and definitely no customer service!!!!
Another outage! This happens way to often for way too long of times!
Frequent power outages (several times per week), not typically weather related. Customer service is terrible, most of the time you can't even get through. I've lived out here for 10 years and have always had this same problem, it's incredibly frustrating. Wish they would get it together.
Wow I've lived down the street from the CNMEC for almost 5 months and there's been 5 or 6 power outages it's so hot right now seriously need a fan!
Lots of brief outages followed by surges and dips...no obvious environmental issues at the time. Terrible for appliances and electronics...what the heck is going on??????
