This company let my 15 yrs daughter take my electric bill out of my name and put it in her name simply because I sent her in to pay the bill. They did not bother to ask her anything. They did not require that she prove she owned the property or that she was even old enough to sign a contract. For two years now I have noticed that we have lost power multiple times for no reason and every time it's seems like this electric company could care less about it there lazy, never fix or improve are our power outages, and only thing they spend our money on is stupid new vehicles that they don't need. I highly recommend you move out of Torrance county if you don't want the same problem from a terrible company that doesn't maintain anything.
