We had the T bone an ribs an now they are very tasty. .if you have not been you need to go. Curtis does a wonderful job ....great job Curtis. We will be back ....
I grilled a porterhouse for my wife and I and it was delicious.
Larry, the Supervisor on the kill floor is amazing!! When our beef was brought in and was reluctant to exit the trailer, he was the only person to coax him out as humanely and stress free as possible. Our steer was not stressed in the process & we thank you for that. Later on our hog was brought in & Larry was there to make the transitioning as comforting as a "farm kill" Not only does he exceed in excellence as a Butcher, but as well as an employee. He can also skin like there is no tomorrow without destroying your product.... read more
Did not have the sale products marked slow check out did not get the pork chops because they were not ready if you are going to have a sale mark your stuff and be ready not happy
