RecommendedI flew to Fulton from 120 miles away and they delivered my butchered hog to the airport to my plane. Above and beyond service! Meat is vacuum sealed and labeled. Good bacon and sausage.

I love their Blazing Bacon. I use a small amount to season my vegetables, including green bean casserole. I use it in breakfast casseroles/frittatas/quiches. Good on a burger or in a BLT.
We had a 18 month old bull processed last year, got his hang weight the day we took him. So clearly he was on the hook same day. Three weeks later we get our processed/ packaged beef. Visible veins in all ground beef including gristle, a poor job of prepping or some old cow. When we DNA check, his mom is here on sight, I'll share my findings.

Great place, however i think they are in trouble or getting ready to close. I was there today only a couple of steaks in the case. Hardly anything on the shelves. Only a few rope sticks hanging,
