ZERO! An absolute disgrace on health care & medical staff. This place should be banned & shut down, they made a cancer patient wait 1 &1/2 to be seen with zero patients in waiting room, did not submit life saving treatment referral request, nurse practitioner Deal did not get prior approval needed for vitamins & could not even call in the correct prescription for iron (per pharmacy). I personally have always had a pleasant experience there. Dr. Deal is amazing and always so attentive regarding my concerns. She really is great!!! The girls in the front are nice and always follow up with any referrals.
I stopped going there because the ladies at the front desk are always rude! My goodness! This location needs to be shutdown for real, or the staff should be fired. The nurse practitioner there is very good,and some doctors who come over when the nurse practitioner is not around, are also good
