Our team recently ordered flowers from Saint Joseph, MO to be delivered to our manager in Keene, NH for Boss’ Day. The woman who assisted me over the phone was incredibly kind and professional, especially after we’d had a disappointing online experience elsewhere. She truly turned things around for us! The flowers that were delivered are absolutely beautiful. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her personally, but I hope she sees this message. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!
ZERO. I tried to send a sick friend flowers and all i get is " unforseen circumstances" and they cancelled my order. No one should ever use them. Garbage.
Mother's day bouquet was never delivered. I sent an email to the address in the confirmation, it was returned. Going to have to dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST!
