This is my go-to store for hard-to-find produce and other items! When no one else has pomegranates for the Jewish holidays (September-October), I can always count on Central Market to have them in plenty of time. On today's trip I also found several other items I needed, including a diet supplement with a good kosher symbol that I hadn't previously seen anywhere outside of Brooklyn. Thank you, Central Market - you rock!
We were impressed. Greater variety of organic food. Just the ragged if vegetables, seafood, and meat was amazing. However we came to the tea isle and it was nirvana.
This is "my happy place" as I often post on FB! Nothing like getting a croissant (they come from France and proofed & baked here) and a Mexican Mocha coffee while picking the freshest vegetables, all natural meats, the best red snapper and other delicious seafood selections. Then on to the aisles of great selections of nuts, snacks and coffee & teas. I take my out of town guests here and we usually spend a good 1/2 hour at the bulk spice wall! Best grocery store ever! I drive all the way from Wylie just to shop here! The produce, meat and fish selection is always fabulous! I cannot wait to go back! ���
