We were there yesterday on March 24th celebrating my birthday listening to Devin Jake band and enjoying the music and the food. I ended up leaving my birthday card with a gift certificate inside it on the table. The next day it came to me and I just knew it would be gone forever! I called first thing and asked about and To my surprise they found my card and held it for me to pick up. I am beyond happy and relieved there is still honesty and integrity left in the world, good folks here!!!

Great Customer Service story, ready to be shocked because this really happened! Braved Central Market Westgate to pick up pies I had preordered and was shorted two pies . Realized it but was NOT going back in because it was beyond crazy at the store . I called to have them credit me and the manager called back and asked if he could deliver the pies on his way home, sure enough came with both pies and flowers. This was a memory from June 7th, with Uncle Gilbert. Makes me happy and sad at the same time. I sure do miss his love, laughter and smile.
Ordered basic turkey club. Hard burnt bacon, cold old (twice cook dark) fries. Disappointing bummer
