RecommendedNot a discount grocery chain. Carries multiple varieties of products from around the world. Has a whole wall of cheeses, not just 8 or 10 varieties. If you are hungry or thirsty, you can get a specialty coffee or have a sandwich made fresh just for you. They celebrate seasonal specialty foods every year such as the Hatch Green Chile Festival the second week of August by trucking in freshly picked chiles and roasting them right in the parking lot for you. Rude, rude, rude employees!! I have never been made to feel welcomed, valued or appreciated in all the years Central Market has been in Plano. I came for lunch then decided to pick up a few items. Not worth the aggravation!

Love the Plano location!! I look forward to the summer when they have shrimp bowls on Saturdays. 'this Saturday, 7-28-2018 the Sherna Armstrong Band will be playing from 4-8pm/ Do not miss it!
Had 2 breakfast tacos and they were delicious! The salsa was fresh and had a little HEAT to it. Staff was friendly and very courteous.
