Have purchased 2 vehicles recently at CMT. Both times using Bryan James, who is great. They really go the extra mile for the customer. My girlfriend got a flat tire from a sharp rock in the tread, and the garage was too busy to get her in. So Bryan took it upon himself to fix the flat for her so that she could get back on the road.

The first contact I made with this dealership was about a different vehicle. After realizing I was going to change my mind on Type and Brand I told them I was going to a different dealership where I had traded before. They asked me to give them a chance before I left. Terri in the service department is always such a big help and offers top notch professional and friendly service. She knows your car and you by name and always has a welcoming smile on her face. She is such a great asset to Central Maine Toyota. Everyone in service is excellent, I just know Terri from many, many Toyota's I have had serviced here. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else.
