Went in for a removal of basal cell carcinoma on my forehead with Dr. C. Wold. Very nervous! But the ENTIRE staff was amazing and compassionate! I was very comfortable and in great hands. I'd recommend CLASH to anyone! Excellent facility that knows what healthcare is all about.

My recovery nurse was to busy listening to the other taking than taking care of my husband. I went to get the car she didn't come and given DC orders at all. They brought him out to the car then I ask the guy if he had he had them. He went back in ask the nurse, she came out with the chart for me to sign DC chart papers. That is not good practices!!

We were treated very well. This is not our first visit here my daughter Aimee has been here several times. Today we had a pin put in her finger. Everyone was very friendly. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the lobby was so cold that people were bundled up in blankets. I myself had to go get my jacket out of the car because I was freezing. It was 57 degrees outside that morning and it was warmer outside.
