I worked with Jake & Central Iowa Construction this past fall to rebuild 2 decks at my Ames home. Both decks were finished quickly and the communication throughout the entire job was excellent. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
Jake did a great job replacing a door in our mobile educational trailer. He provided a thorough estimate and a timely completion of the job! Would highly recommend.
We love the deck! Jake was so easy to work with and very patient when answering questions. The weather wasn’t always cooperative-rain and 90+ degree temperatures, but Jake and his crew kept us informed of any delays. Very good workmanship!
This guy has no idea how to keep appointments. First he set a date, didn't give me a time, then texted me at 7 a.m., and when I didn't respond, blamed the weekend holiday. Second time, made sure to set a time and date (see screenshot) and didn't show up. Who knows what quality work he does?
