Be very weary of seeing Dr. Kim. He performed what should have been a routine surgery that I now must have revised by a different doctor due to poor technique he used. There’s a reason you can get an appointment with him faster than any other urologist in the area.
It's been 3.5years since I got my vasectomy... no babies so far, so far so good!
Called and left a voicemail to get an appointment a week ago and no return call. Completed the online form to request an appointment Tuesday (today is Friday) and also no response. This is the exact reason I've always avoided Urology of Indiana. Very poor customer service and no response to voicemails. It doesn't matter how good the doctor is is you can't get an appointment. Emergency Rooms are over used because people can't get into specialists while issues are somewhat under control.
Went to go see Dr. Ludwig who came up with a plan to get my Kidney stones removed which I had been dealing with for 11 days. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not willing to act with urgency in scheduling the CT and procedure needed to go remove the stones that were causing me excruciating pain. When a Urologist failed to treat me at another place I called here and Dr. Kim saw me quickly and treated me!! Basic care he called it. I am so thankful to him. Fixed me right up. Haven't had a problem since.
