Based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend them to my friends or family. GOOD LUCK GETTING AN APPOINTMENT! They make you wait up to two months for appointments, and if you have to reschedule an appointment due to sickness, work, etc- you have to wait two more months! Once you have your kid in braces you are stuck dealing with this nonsense. My son had to wait three months between appointments three different times, causing his 2 years of treatment to turn into three years! I just wish I had known!

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this orthodontist offer flexible financing options? Yes! They had some of the most flexible financing options I've ever seen

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this orthodontist offer alternative choices to metal braces (ceramic, Invisalign)? Yes, they had expertise in all areas Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing
