I tried to make a new in patient appointment. I waited after my prompts to hear someone pick up the phone receiver and set it down. I made an appointment with someone else at a different facility the next phone call. They want business.
I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr. Beaudry for 3 minutes.(to be fair that's probably about the right amount of time for what I was there for) the receptionist was very nice and efficient.The Doctor was friendly and pleasant. The older lady who took me to the exam room was rude and unpleasant. Also you might want to tell the patient they need to check out before leaving as opposed to telling them there free to go. So the patient doesn't have to waist there time bringing back paper work.
The care I received at Central Illinois Dermatology was exemplary. From the office staff to the doctor, all are professional and caring individuals. I have been a patient here for years and think Dr Kroodsma and the staff are top notch and the best around. Highly recommend this practice.
