This place is a joke. Got a bill over 2 years after our son was born. It was invoiced a week prior to receiving. Called them up and they claimed their system was not working and to call again. Called them right back and someone else was able to get into the account but they had no clue and said they would send it for review. Maybe try billing the insurance in a timely fashion. Review could be months, told them how we felt. So glad to get away from OSF and all these other BS offices!
