My biggest complaint with this company. Would be their process of setting appointments if I am the patient and I do not answer my phone. Leave me a message. Send me a text. Give me time enough to respond. Dont 15 minutes later when you don’t hear from me, start calling my emergency contact about scheduling an appointment because you’re in my area.
