It is with regret that I write this, detailing what was an unacceptable experience yesterday from a nurse at Central Home Health Care, Winder, GA. Nurse wanting to schedule her first visit calls the evening prior to the day she would be in area from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Of course, we set aside prior plans to ensure we would be available; however, we were deeply disappointed when the 11 - 2 window passed with no visit. My biggest complaint with this company. Would be their process of setting appointments if I am the patient and I do not answer my phone. Leave me a message. Send me a text. Give me time enough to respond. Dont 15 minutes later when you don’t hear from me, start calling my emergency contact about scheduling an appointment because you’re in my area.
