Bill Schmidt did an excellent job! We had our unit serviced by another company just three weeks ago. It looks like they missed a problem, the AC went out and that company couldn’t get out until later in the week. Bill Schmidt called before he came, was on time, went above and beyond in explaining what the problem was, and later, when the unit seemed to stop working after hours, he came back to our house and fixed it once and for all. Chris Morrison has been coming to our home to service our AC and Heat for the past 10 years. He is very informative and helpful about the function of our systems. So glad we are able to have him do our 2 yearly inspections as well too.
