I've selected one star because like someone else who reviewed this company said 0 was not an option. I am having a horrible experience with this company! Went online to pay my rent ( if you try to pay another way you have to pay fees on top of paying your rent) and could not set up a recurring payment for the day that I was trying to pay it! I've never had this problem with any other property management company. As of the time she wrote this review, she had an unpaid balance of $1,497.25, and we have had to send her a formal 3-day notice to pay or quit. We are preparing to file an eviction against her. Dealing with really bad customer service here. My sister and I applied for a property and received applications to fill out, with separate links to pet applications. The application never would load properly, causing several fields to be missing (discovered once submitted when we got the overview). There were two attachments requested, both required to submit the form, but one had no explanation of what document needed to be uploaded. Yesterday afternoon, I made an appointment through Rently to view a home today, 05/10/18 at 10 a.m. At 3:48 p.m. yesterday, Rently emailed me the showing schedule and CC'd Gary O********. At 8:00 a.m. this morning (05/10/18), Rently called me to confirm the appointment, and sent me a follow-up text message confirming my confirmation. In 2015, we went to court for filing of eviction. At the time we did not have the money, but later we had the money, moved out, and paid the fees that was owed. Gary O******** informed us that we were scheduled a move out inspection that weekend. Saturday came, no phone call, or answer. Sunday, same thing. Monday morning, we received an email of a move inspection form saying that we damaged the entire property. We never met with Gary or his son Todd to complete a move out inspection. They charged us twice for the same things... read more

BEWARE !!!!SCAM !!!!!Horrible "company" if u can call it that they had a home for rent and I couldn't see it until I applied for it so I did 153.00 !! Was the application the next day I asked the leasing agent Gary o******* and he didn't know what I was talking about then I gave him all my information and it took him a few hours to respond (normally before it would take him 4 to 8 to even 24 hours to respond) and he said oh that house is no longer available and I'll refund you the money since you apply for after it went off ... read more

Very shady took my application money knowing the house for rent was already filled I drove by the house after I applied for it and seen here was already cars in the drive way. I asked him if there moving out soon and replied he just filled it. Big time scam do not trust. Bait and switch

Your review isn't accurate. In truth, you never put a deposit down on the property, which is required to hold the property off market. When you filled out the application, it made this very clear. Someone else put a deposit down to hold the property since you didn't, so they got the property. Our policy is very clear and listed right on the application.

I would never recommend renting from this company. Unprofessional and awful to deal with. I rented a property from them for many years and never had issues with them until they wanted to do home inspections and take PICTURES of the inside and of my property and then send it to a third party that owned the property and used CGR as "management" this was a HUGE violation of privacy. Ms. *****, the landlord obviously has the right to view his property and have pictures taken for his records at any time. I'm sorry that you felt this to be an invasion of privacy, but it is allowed by the law and your lease, and it's also just a reasonable request. Regarding your move-out, you were given an opportunity to show where any charges were not legitimate. You were not able to do so.
