"Bruce" took my order and was to the point, and helpful. He communicated clearly the costs and choices, and didn't badger me too much to make decisions (perhaps he figured out I'm not too versed on selecting flower arrangements.) and we came up with something appropriate, for which I'm happy.

Thank you Central Florist!! Today I came in last minute and in a panic for a last minute bouquet of flowers. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. Actually this is the second time they have come thru, the other, for bereavement flowers. Then too, they were attentive, created beautiful pieces and made me feel appreciated as a customer. So nice to have a florist in town to count on!!

Being from out of town, we called on the phone and requested a sympathy spray to be delivered to a church in Alameda. Saw it a few days later, and were impressed with the quality of the flowers, the size of the arrangement and whole presentation! Pricing was very reasonable, and there was no delivery charge. They also included a banner with some printing like we requested, also complimentary in our case- Overall, very happy with this florist!

I've always had a great experience here. They are very good at helping you pick out flowers for the person and occasion. You don't need to know what you want, they will make suggestions, no pressure, no rush. Prices are good for this level of quality, and they offer really attractive options at every price level. Central Florist has some really nice people to work with. I came in on Christmas Eve day to buy something pretty, festive and quick! Everyone was buzzing around getting things done for their Christmas deadline yet they took a moment to doll up a lovely table centerpiece that I had picked out. Truthfully, it was lovely just as it was but they placed a few holiday dried floral items and a pinecone here and there...a ribbon...a bit of sparkle and Voile! I received a most thoughtful gift of flowers delivered to my door yesterday from Central Florist, and they are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. My bouquet had gigantic peach colored roses, big bright sunflowers, Sweet William, lillies and more. Every flower is of the highest quality, as is the vase they came in. Just beautiful. I definitely plan to use them in future!

I received a bouquet as a thank you for rescuing a lost dog. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted over a week. And I have a sister who is a florist so I know how particular one has to be in sourcing their product.

Great service and quality. I can always count on this flower shop for every single occasion. I planned a rehearsal dinner recently, and bought everything I needed the day of. The staff helped me locate items throughout the store, suggested flowers and other arrangements. I definitely recommend this place.
