It has been a growing process ever since I started with my Dr. Hernan Gonzalez he has help me to improve in my health path. I have to thank all team for their love and care for all people. Totally recommend the entire team The place is amazing.
ZERO STARS!!!! If I could give zero starts I would. I called and left a message for a new patient appt for an urgent referral as I broke my ankle and need surgery. I received no return call, so I called back again and spoke with Joe; when he said the first available was not until May31st, I advised him that I needed an emergency referral and asked if there was any way to be seen sooner and his response was "GO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR" WOW!
If I can give ZERO stars I would ! Not only do they not answer the phone and I’ve been calling for two weeks literally (at different hours) if not longer to get an appt. They finally answered today to say next availability isn’t til the end of the month. Ok . Cool . Well as I’m trying to still get info, I said thank you and the girl was obviously getting frustrated with my questions (Wendy ) and hangs up on me .
