Customer service is exceptional.
The lady at the counter was extreemely rude and spoke to me as if i was a lesser person i asked to make a complaint and she said she would take the complaint to deliver 0 stars i was very polite with her
We arrived at our house and the power was out. I called and talked to a wonderful lady. They had our power on in less than an hour! Truly amazing!
I haven't really had anything to complain about, our house connection went fine. But hurricane Debby was mild and not that close. We still don't have power. Four houses away Duke has never lost power. Find what you are missing and fill that void. We expected better. Still no power. Update, Helene we lost power for several days but it did not seem an excessive wait as so many people had no power. Much better response performance I think.
Thank goodness for our whole house generator because we still have no idea when we'll get our power back on. I have literally heard nothing from CFEC. All of our neighbors are on DUKE and most never even lost power, but those that did have had it restored. I'm sure you have a lot of lines to fix but some communication would be nice. DAY 5 AND COUNTING
