Worst experience we've ever had with a company! We recently moved to the area on 8/8/25 and called to get internet. The said they were scheduling out 5 weeks. All we needed was a router, we did not need a full install as the previous owners already used them for internet. We waited the 5 weeks and on 9/11/25 they said they would arrive between 3 and 5pm. I had to cancel an appointment to stay home and wait for them. The tech called 15min before 5pm and said he had to cancel due to having more appointments. My wife has reache... read more

Originally left a 1 star review due to moving here and experiencing an outage a week for the first several weeks we were here. After 4 months though, it has been much more reliable. Price is very reasonable. Back down to a 1 star, the reliability is insanely terrible and there doesn't seem to be anything we can do about it except live in the early 20th century as far as electricity reliability is concerned.
