Your app needs to be better. I'm abroad and I can't pay my bill. With VPN or no VPN. This is ridiculous. I'm in P.R. and it's American land yet it consider international. I believe one should be capable of paying even from abroad.
I’ve had two other power companies in Florida. One of them was a co-op. The other was FPL. I was pretty happy with FPL. Peace River electric on the other hand was garbage. And they were expensive. So I wasn’t thrilled that I had to have another co-op. However, I’ve been pretty happy with CFEC. They are responsive and it doesn’t appear. Their bills are too terribly high considering. Worst experience we've ever had with a company! We recently moved to the area on 8/8/25 and called to get internet. The said they were scheduling out 5 weeks. All we needed was a router, we did not need a full install as the previous owners already used them for internet. We waited the 5 weeks and on 9/11/25 they said they would arrive between 3 and 5pm. I had to cancel an appointment to stay home and wait for them. The tech called 15min before 5pm and said he had to cancel due to having more appointments. My wife has reache... read more
