Why have I had 3 outages recently? I'm disgusted with this( ?? ) Service!
Called 2x to get electricity turned on. First time I was told that billing had to call me back. Called back a second time I was told everything was good, come to find out I move into my house Christmas Eve and I have no electric. I had been there the day I had called and put groceries in the refrigerator, besides not having water for my horses this has been horrible
Does not respond back to you when you email them ...about a parents death..how sad
Your app needs to be better. I'm abroad and I can't pay my bill. With VPN or no VPN. This is ridiculous. I'm in P.R. and it's American land yet it consider international. I believe one should be capable of paying even from abroad.
