liars and thieves here who dont do any line maintenance. transformers covered in vines arching in bad weather that cause brown outs just ignored. everything is outsourced even the call center 0 customer service. dead end work orders and requests.. see how long a high energy assessment takes. been 8 years for me. never gonna happen. be prepared to be blamed for bad grounds.. save to replace appliances and capacitors often and get taxed for storms that happened 3+ years ago. may not seem like much but that 10 bucks every month... read more
Absolutely horrible!!!! I was scheduled to have their new high speed fiber otic internet put in today. They rescheduled 2x times already and I've taken off work, canceled an appointment to be here. The workers said no one was here even though I spoke to them outside!!!!! They had told their scheduler no one was here even though I literally spoke them in person!! I'm 30 weeks pregnant and walked my butt up my long driveway to move my truck for them and they lied!
I have nothing but praise for the Cooperative. The crews are great and responsive to our needs. Thank you for what you all do.
CFE likes to jack rates and rob people. My bill for the past couple months has been around $120 well this month my bill is $430 and some change. I was expecting the bill to be less considering I’m not home as much as I was the past couple months. Nor has my ac changed its always set at 73 degrees. I’m just sick of feeling like I’m being rob. You call them and they will blame it on the weather. I get it temps fluctuate but is it really a $310 fluctuation???
