There is a lot to unpack here. 1.) they don’t show up when they say they will, and if you don’t call the office and ask where they are they may not show up at all. 2.) the tech is very young, maybe 20-25 and is too inexperienced to be operating a van on his own. 3.) the office is very unprofessional and will discuss different clients matters with you. 4,) and most importantly THEY ARE INEFFECTIVE!! I’ve used them twice in 2 months and I still had problems with cockroaches. I call to let her know that I was still having issues even after the 2nd spray. She said I haven’t waited long enough for it to work. So I waited a few more weeks before calling her back and now she says I waited to long to call her back so theirs nothing she can do.
