Unbelievably rude and dismissive staff from start to finish. The front desk employees, medical assistant, and nurse practitioner (Christina) all seem absolutely miserable and have zero compassion. My visit was a not only a complete waste of time and money, but I left feeling belittled and angry. Will avoid NM urgent cares moving forward.
Visited this immediate care with my 1 year old son. My son was sick, not me. The man at the reception was very rude and demanded I put on a mask, when I told him that my son is the one sick, he said „well do you think he will put on a mask, someone else needs to!” …Like what???!!? The male nurse that brought us in also acted as if he hated his job. No delicacy with my son. Seemed like he rolled his eyes a few times when my son was crying. Would give it zero stars if I could. I was seen by Magda Gabriel, DO. She didn’t explain the equipment given to fix my wrist issues and turns out the equipment is over 300 dollars and insurance does not cover. As I work in healthcare, the doctor is supposed to inform the patient about what the equipment is, instructions, and cost (especially if it is this ridiculous amount of money) when I planning on buying a 10-20 dollar one from Walgreens. Have going here for few years and always received great care.
We went to NWM immediate care where we did X-Ray. After 2 weeks we went to other NWM office, ortopedic . No its DIFFERENT COMPANY AND THEY CANT ACCESS ANY DATA FROM OTHER NWM OFFICE. More than this its MY RESPONSIBILITY TO TRANSFER THIS X-Ray TO OTHER OFFICE!!! Why in the world u ask customer which u charge hundreds of dollars for the visit go and get xray from YOUR OTHER NWM OFFICE !?!?
