I went twice in 2 weeks for different incidents and was treated super nice. The time is super efficient and everyone works as a team to deliver good service, I was scared on the previous reviews but definitely would come back. Each doctor was different but took the time to explain and I didn’t feel rushed or misunderstood like my normal doctor’s office.
Very bad service very rude staff Waited 1 hour just to cancel my appointment.
How is this urgent care? I made an appointment and still I'm sitting here waiting for 40 minutes so far. What the hell?
Unbelievably rude and dismissive staff from start to finish. The front desk employees, medical assistant, and nurse practitioner (Christina) all seem absolutely miserable and have zero compassion. My visit was a not only a complete waste of time and money, but I left feeling belittled and angry. Will avoid NM urgent cares moving forward.
