They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
