I got some programs from them for powerlifting training. My numbers sky-rocketed within months. They were always available to talk when I had questions and needed help. Would absolutely recommend CCS&C to anyone looking to get stronger or fitter or both!
I couldn’t be more stoked to FINALLY find a gym where I belong. I came to CCSC 18 months ago because as a slightly overweight mum of two, and ex-netballer, I had so many issues with my knees.
