Do not take your kids here. I took my 5 year old daughter here because this was the provider covered by our insurance. After we were taken to the back it was chaos with the kiddos that were having their teeth cleaned (there was so much screaming and crying), and the techs seemed so unfazed. I feel as though they need to be more child friendly and try their best to make the kids feel comfortable not treat them as another number. Never go back here again waited 3 months for a appointment for them to reschedule
I'll give them more stars, but when I call the put me on hold for over 10 minutes and then instead of apologizing or thanking for being on hold they answer in a rude manner not very polite.
This is the dental group on: 633 east Alvin drive Service at reception was great. Not a long wait time. Fast and easy. Staff member, Lydia… was the lady who brought us back to the dental chair. She was also the lady who does the brushing and flossing before kids get to see the real dentist. PLEASE be careful of Lydia. She did not take my 3 year olds reactions into consideration at all. I had to make her stop “brushing” my baby’s teeth as she was forcing the toothbrush in the back of her mouth making her gag. As she put down ... read more
