Super rude, zero customer service
Very horrible and terrible experience. We wish there was a negative star option to rate them (one is too much for them) Every time I take my child to them they don't do their job claiming the child moves a lot. Then they bill our two insurances even though we tell them to only bill one. They have a way to find the other good one that we reserve for a better far dentist because central coast can't deal with little children but each time Dr Bayless in Monterey does the job of cleaning our child's teeth that they can never do n... read more
such sweet staff, took my son in for an emergency and they were able to fit me in and were super sweet about it!
Very horrible experience. We traveled 30 mins for the appointment just to be rejected . They did not honor my voice message to confirm our appointment since they are no available to take the calls.
I took both of my boys here today for the first time, the dentist seems really nice! It’s really sad that the receptionist belittled me and talked down to me. She was so rude and I am still confused and wondering what I did to her for her to be so cruel to me while we were about to make our next appointment. We won’t be coming back here…I should of read the Yelp reviews before making the appointment..
