I took my husband 2015 royal enfield classic there to be fixed it was there for 4 weeks bike didn’t get fixed and they had the nerve to ask me to pay $300 I came all the way from Londonderry and they never called me once to tell me anything about the bike I rang them 2/3 times a week worst bike shop I have ever been to I DONT Recommend it to anybody
Been waiting over 2 months for a part that is in stock at Royal Enfield, cant even get my money back to go elsewhere

Avoid like the plague. ....2025...the place is now up for sale. Good riddance to old rubbish. Hopefully it'll get demolished.....I just hope they haven't done irreparable damage to the Royal Enfield brand...
Not good , I tried to purchase a bike but management forgot to get back to me about trade in and prices so I brought else where??!
