From the moment we walked into Central Coast MG, Fred Anonuevo made us feel totally comfortable. No hard sales talk like you can get at other dealers. He just asked what kind of car we were looking at & then showed us a few models. We were test driving within 10 mins. We purchased a vehicle (MG HS PHEV 2023) from Central Coast MG that turned out to be faulty. Not only that, but they sold us a car with a KNOWN recall notice out against it which could have resulted in an internal car fire. What followed was an absolute nightmare. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issue amicably, we were forced into a year-long legal battle just to obtain a refund for a car with a clearly unsafe engine fault.
