ATTENTION I tell you that I have never been into Central Coast MG I can tell you that Central Coast MG submitted unsigned new car contract with my name and my address to the tribunal that I clearly did not agree to they also managed to get the manufacturer involved with the tribunal witch had nothing to do with this case, I left the Tuggerah dealership with unsigned contract witch I submitted to the tribunal because that’s all they gave me when I took possession of the new car, so folks if you have never been into Central Co... read more

Jarrod has consistently been awful to deal with. Attitude, telling other employees not to allow customers back for absolutely no reason. Hearing other employees say “a lot of people have issues with him” is bizarre. How is still working here.

If you buy an MG, expect poor servicing. My partner submitted an online booking with detailed issues that needed to be looked at but never got a response. After calling MG Central Coast, he found the booking hadn’t gone through, so he raised the concerns again over the phone and was told a mechanic would call — they never did.
