Went with Central Coast MG as they offered the best price on an in stock vehicle. Dhani's customer service was exceptional. Went the extra mile getting everything sorted for me. Made the 2.5 hour trip (each way) worth it.
Shocking customer service, particularly from the finance department. I would not recommend financing through MG Gosford. I've been trying to get assistance with a simple finance matter for the past two months and have sent multiple emails without receiving a response. I've also tried calling several times, but my calls have gone straight to voicemail with no follow-up. The whole process was smooth, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated the helpful attitude and would happily recommend the team at MG Gosford to anyone looking for a new car.
ATTENTION I tell you that I have never been into Central Coast MG I can tell you that Central Coast MG submitted unsigned new car contract with my name and my address to the tribunal that I clearly did not agree to they also managed to get the manufacturer involved with the tribunal witch had nothing to do with this case, I left the Tuggerah dealership with unsigned contract witch I submitted to the tribunal because that’s all they gave me when I took possession of the new car, so folks if you have never been into Central Co... read more
