He went over and above my expectations in seeking out info on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk that he had sold new to a previous owner…just goes to show that there is still some ethical and service driven dealers. If you are looking at buying genuine parts from central coast jeep I would advise you driving the extra few minutes and go to mcCarrol Jeep in Newcastle!!! This central coast dealership sold me a faulty $250 control module and refused a refund and refused a replacement, if I was to get a replacement they wanted me to spend another $250 even tho their part is faulty, they were rude the lady was disgusting to deal aswell as the two rude men, they all lack sympathy and moral and it shows.. Came in with the family yesterday (Sunday) at 11.30am to look at buying a gladiator. Office was locked, nobody in sight. Three other families also looking at Jeeps gave up and left. How do you buy a jeep if nobody is there? Even the used car salesman who tried to help us find someone couldn't believe there was no sales people around and the office was locked. Disappointing.
