I would give 0 if I could. Extremely disappointing experience. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I have spent the past three years dealing with ongoing warranty issues, long delays, and a lack of communication . Buy a new car from them, cool. Pay them for an annual service, cool. Get your car back from the service with a half assed wash (after waiting 2 hours after it was supposed to be ready). We pay a lot of money, but this group act like they are doing the customer a favour. Customer service at Central Coast Jeep needs to improve (from the time of trying to book a service online and not getting responded to).
What a GREAT experience buying a Fiat Ducato with this team! From first phone call, to making the deal, processing payment, showing me how the van works before driving away, and afterwards - a call to see if i had questions and to make sure my return home was smooth. I received very good and honest advice by New Vehicle Sales Consultant, Brenden Duck. He went over and above my expectations in seeking out info on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk that he had sold new to a previous owner…just goes to show that there is still some ethical and service driven dealers.
