Contacted Damien late on Christmas Eve he answered my call to assist me with a Hot Water Issue at my brothers place I. Had an urgent hot water issue at my place in Terrigal. Had a plumber tell me over the phone that, because the system was over 10 years old, it would definitely need a full replacement - he wanted me to accept the quote without him assessing it. Damien, who specialises in hot water repairs, came out within about 1.5 hours, had a proper look, and found it was just a faulty part. He fixed it on the spot for a few hundred dollars and saved me thousands. Damien I really appreciated your honesty and thanks for saving the day.
Tenant rang this morning 8.56AM saying they had no hot water. I rang CC Hot Water repairs at 9.03am as they were based close to the property and had a brief, but informative chat with Damien. He offered what I felt was a reasonable approach (as it can be a few things) & it turned out to be the heating element.
