Tenant rang this morning 8.56AM saying they had no hot water. I rang CC Hot Water repairs at 9.03am as they were based close to the property and had a brief, but informative chat with Damien. He offered what I felt was a reasonable approach (as it can be a few things) & it turned out to be the heating element. We'd discussed a fair fixed price if it was this and Damien said they'd be there between 11am - 12pm which I thought was very fast. Can't recommend Damien enough. He replaced our instant gas hot water system promptly, and with clear and concise communication. I found him to be extremely affordable, and carried out the required work efficiently. Genuinely friendly bloke, and a tradie that knows his stuff.
