I had a great experience with Damien. I called for assistance in the morning, he gave me me the range of costs upfront which were very fair. He was able to come fix our hot water in the afternoon and I was able to have a hot shower by 5pm. I couldn’t have asked for a better service or outcome!
Contacted Damien late on Christmas Eve he answered my call to assist me with a Hot Water Issue at my brothers place I. Had an urgent hot water issue at my place in Terrigal. Had a plumber tell me over the phone that, because the system was over 10 years old, it would definitely need a full replacement - he wanted me to accept the quote without him assessing it. Damien, who specialises in hot water repairs, came out within about 1.5 hours, had a proper look, and found it was just a faulty part. He fixed it on the spot for a few hundred dollars and saved me thousands. Damien I really appreciated your honesty and thanks for saving the day.
Tenant rang this morning 8.56AM saying they had no hot water. I rang CC Hot Water repairs at 9.03am as they were based close to the property and had a brief, but informative chat with Damien. He offered what I felt was a reasonable approach (as it can be a few things) & it turned out to be the heating element. We'd discussed a fair fixed price if it was this and Damien said they'd be there between 11am - 12pm which I thought was very fast.
