Damien is very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly and takes the time to explain what’s wrong and what the options are. He discovered the issue was something quite simple - a previously installed timer on my fuse box made hot water run out fast and be at a lower temp. He could have told me I needed a new water heater, I wouldn’t have known better. He took the time to explain it all and suggested a follow up call to check all okay. Problem solved and for a reasonable call out fee. So grateful, thanks Damien.

I was about to be ripped off by another hot water business but thanks god they were too busy to come to our place. Called Damien and he showed up in just a couple of hours on a Sunday. Patiently he explained me what was the cause of the problem and quickly solved it. He's a real fair professional and very nice person. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Damien. I called for assistance in the morning, he gave me me the range of costs upfront which were very fair. He was able to come fix our hot water in the afternoon and I was able to have a hot shower by 5pm. I couldn’t have asked for a better service or outcome!
