We Bought a Hino FE1426 in June. we are located in QLD. the service and communication was above and beyond what we were expecting . Nothing was too much trouble. Larissa and Daryls communication was fantastic particularly as there were multiple documents to sign /email back and forth. Thanks Central Coast Hino, We love our new truck !

Unfortunately Central Coast Hino are probably one of the worst dealership I’ve ever had to contend with. Completely unprofessional and incompetent in how they conduct their business. Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. From installing the wrong accessories to installing aftermarket accessories at a Hino dealership no doubt. A dealership that advertises the use of genuine parts and accessories. Asked for a new windscreen to be installed. Very expensive. Got quote $2k dearer than others
Unfortunately the business is weighted down by an untrustworthy salesman. The mechanics and admin staff do a great job but I won’t be back because of Daryl.
