Purchased a bike there sales guy was fantastic but then I wanted an accessory and the chick didn’t even give me a discount even when I was there to pick up purchased bike very pore sales from accessory’s person yeah after the service I got probably not even when it rang me to give me a credit it still had attitude so not for me if it doesn’t like people it should not be in that job

Central Coast Harley-Davidson were great to deal with. Very friendly from the time I stepped in the store. I felt part of the team all the way through the buying process, everyone in each department were friendly and very helpful. My motorcycle was prepared to a very high standard, with all the options fitted and explained to me. 3 working days from walking to enquire through to delivery. Disappointing is probably the best description. Despite some good staff overall customer satisfaction is low and when you consider the $200/hour labour cost you expect much better.
