I rarely write reviews but this really frustrated me. I recently purchased a new Silverado 1500 from Central Coast GMSV. I had wanted to buy a RAM 1500 but after asking the sales guy twice for help I gave up and took a look at the Chev while waiting. RAM sales guy after 2.5 hours came racing over and said he had forgotten about me. I confirmed I'd just bought the Chev instead and he just went nuts. Dealt with Peter and Fred during the purchase and delivery of our brand new Silverado and couldn't be happier with how it all went.

Never in a million years have I expirerenced poorly customer service and workmanship from a dealership like this, Stay away from this place these guys are useless,
