I had an endoscopy my visit was great. The doctor she was amazing with answering my questions and overall amazing team!
I had a biopsy taken during the procedure on 9/12/23 and was told to call back in 4 weeks for the result. Seriously?!! I have been trying to get someone to answer the phone for the last 8 weeks and still no response to my several voice messages (when I was lucky enough to reach an extension where the voicemail had been set up or not full). This is ridiculous!!!
