After an unsuccessful fix on my Colorado at the dealership, I took advice from my regular mechanic and booked the vehicle into Central Coast Automatics. The service was 5 star from the initial inquiry to completion. The drive home confirmed that the gearbox upgrade solved the vibration and poor performance the ute had been suffering from. I'm very optimistic that the problems have been fixed.
Great service, have looked two of my X5 bmw. They always feel better after a visit there, smoother shifts.
I highly recommend this place! Our experience with Jo was exceptional, he was incredibly professional and made everything easy to understand. He assured us he would take care of us and that he did. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering we required a complete transmission overhaul. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
Had a transmission service done here and unfortunately when I went to pick the car up there was a fresh scratch on the door, down to bare metal. I couldn’t say whether it happened in the workshop or in the carpark waiting to be picked up. To their credit, Central Coast Automatics had the door professionally resprayed, which probably cost more than the service I just paid for. Proof that they care about service and reputation.
