Horrible customer service lazy and rude office staff. Don’t waste your time coming here look for another place. They didn’t inform me about cancelling my appointment when I took time off work, had the audacity to be rude about it and keep putting me on hold wasting my time again. Re scheduled me out for 2 months.
To give a realistic example of my weight loss journey: HW 287 lbs 2023 250lbs 7/18 228lbs 8/19 223lbs 8/30 214lbs 9/25 210lbs 10/2 209lb 10/10 205lb 10/18 202lb 10/30 198lb 11/5 187 12/3/24 Its a lot to learn and it doesnt happen overnight but itll happen. I had the sleeve. My only complication has been digestive issues if I dont chew long enough.
Disappointed. Information got lost in translation during the nutrition seminar and I thought I got the right vitamins that correlated with my surgery to take post-op. Find out the day of my one week post-op appointment they are the incorrect ones. That’s fine, I can see that I should have double checked before purchasing on my own. So I go to front desk and ask them for the correct vitamins since I have to start taking my vitamins the next day. The doctors are nice. The nurses don't return calls and are snarky. The office manager Charles is just as lost at the other staff
Great experience. One of the few medical offices in modesto where the staff actually seems to care about their patients. Always cheerful. Always efficient. It's rare that I enjoy going to a Dr appointment but everyone here is awesome. Highly recommended
