Horrible customer service
I have been attempting for 3 weeks now to get an appointment as a new patient. As many of the reviews I have read have stated, this establishment is extremely uncooperative in giving appointments but to their credit have a long list of excuses as to why they have not given an appointment. The staff manager told me to call back in four or five days which I thought was rather odd but I waited 5 days to call back and then I found for 2 weeks she would not answer her phone. The doctors and medical assistants have been wonderful; however, my recent experiences with the new receptionist and certain members of the disability department have been extremely disappointing. Despite this being a collaborative process between both of those girls , they still managed to make multiple errors with my disability claim paperwork. I completed my disability forms one week after surgery, only to receive a call a week later informing me that the front desk staff member had never submitted my claim—even though I ... read more
I don’t know who’s in charge of answering the phones but I’ve called everyday now for the past week and left a voicemail and still no call back or anything. Like…hello???
