The staff and management here have greatly improved in making appointments I was finally able to get in touch with staff and was able to successfully make an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the doctor was very helpful. The doctor himself is very skilled and professional and the most honest and helpful doctor I've ever had. He provided an honest second opinion about a possible gall bladder surgery.
I was in here a few years ago. They did a very good job now I’m trying to get another appointment. I will call tomorrow.
Horrible customer service
I have been attempting for 3 weeks now to get an appointment as a new patient. As many of the reviews I have read have stated, this establishment is extremely uncooperative in giving appointments but to their credit have a long list of excuses as to why they have not given an appointment. The staff manager told me to call back in four or five days which I thought was rather odd but I waited 5 days to call back and then I found for 2 weeks she would not answer her phone. The doctors and medical assistants have been wonderful; however, my recent experiences with the new receptionist and certain members of the disability department have been extremely disappointing. Despite this being a collaborative process between both of those girls , they still managed to make multiple errors with my disability claim paperwork.
