"DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE for you or your loved one, 80% of the Staff, that pick up the phones are very rude, what can you expect, when Malena the supervisor sets bad examples on her own her employees. They did not disclose to me that when I switched to their Q street location that I could never return to the brimhall one. I don't even see a Dr at the Q street location, I only see a nurse practitioner that has animosity towards me for no reason since day 1. They're policy is if you miss your appt for any reason whatsoever they will discontinue your medication until you can get seen. Well script is due and I called about it 6 days ago, and used to they would refill it within 3 business days and now they won't no matter what... read more
