Front staff I agree are rude and confrontational. When you schedule your next appointment make sure you get an appointment card and verify your name is on there. This has happened 3 times in 7 years. Getting your meds is a chore and calling in your meds 7 days before is a joke, they don’t check their messages. Stay away from this place by all means and I am running away from this place after 9 years.
Today was my first day coming to this office and I was extremely nervous and already dreading this appointment due to the horrible reviews, I’m not sure if I just got lucky but I had a great experience. I didn’t have any issue with the front staff like everyone mentioned, they were respectful and I didn’t end up seeing Dr Parmar, I saw another Dr named Dr. Wise and he was great. He gave me all possible solutions and prescribed me the pain medication that has been working for me. Overall great experience.
Cancelled my appointment while I was waiting in the lobby because of a clerical error on their end. Called off for work for absolutely nothing. Avoid this place like the plague and all the RBF’s up front.
Dr. Weiss is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid him he is arrogant, rude, and just doesn’t care about his patients! He needs to chose another profession that doesn’t involve being around people because he obviously hates his job and it shows! Do better hire better doctors that actually care these patients are in pain looking for help and to deal with that! Is the last thing they need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The doctors are excellent doctors staff and receptionist treat you like you are drug addicts the only polite woman I found in this office was Elma hoping pronouncing is right
