I had to go get a blood test as for some reason 2 times it goes not show medication. The doctor had never received it because she never put any info where to send it. As well as poor communication and poor attention client’s needs. I have been going here a long time and unfortanly they need to do better.
First time I went I got a good MA she was very friendly & respectful. The second experience was not good at all no direction when giving urine like I know their daily routine terrible service unfortunately I have my back injection this week but if it doesn't go well I will be looking elsewhere for my care. I work in the health field myself & quality care should not be like this.

Just like all the other negative comments, this too will be ignored but here goes. I was only there as a referral from the VA and in need of a referral for injection so NO I will not give any blood in order to see a PA to get that referral. Official letter to the VA has been sent to Petition this establishment be removed from the Community Referral Network.
The doctors are wonderful. Dr Persons is attentive and ready to answer questions. Unfortunately, the staff is unfriendly and have a terrible don’t care attitude.
