Ted does a great job managing my rental properties so it made sense to use him as my agent when it was time to sell. Ted did a great job negotiating and got me the best deal possible, and always kept me in the loop during the sale process. He was available anytime I needed a question or concern addressed. I plan on using Ted for all my future real estate transactions!
I’ve had the worse experience with this property management. I’m not sure if they got new staff because all these reviews are positive and unfortunately I’ve only been dealing with them a few weeks and I have nothing good to say. Unit was not move in ready, unit STILL has a lot of work that needs to be done to it. Their polices are ridiculous, you have to pay rent & deposit immediately after being approved and move in even if there are broken doors, broken lights, broken toilets & broken stoves
