Perfect rental history, excellent care of the property, rent paid on time EVERY month, and even compliments from the OWNER himself apparently mean NOTHING to this company when one upset neighbor makes false accusations. Ted and his team are wonderful! They are completely on point and efficient—I've never seen anyone like them. Every response to an email is absolutely immediate, and overall, Ted is on top of everything and extremely efficient. Sometimes I feel like they are like robots with how fast and organized they are. They are wonderful to work with, and I'm looking forward to buying more properties and working with them.
The team at Central Cal Management does an excellent job managing rentals. They're responsive, professional, and clearly care about doing right by their owners and tenants. I can't thank them enough — highly, highly recommend!

I have been a tenant of an apartment complex managed by Central Cal for many years. They surprised me with a brand new AC unit yesterday. I have lived in this apartment since Feb 2015, they have replaced my ceiling fan, hot water heater and also my toilet with an ADA approved one. And now my AC unit, the installer said it could cut my bill by half, how great is that. In my experience Central Cal management are good people you can count on if anything goes wrong. They have always responded fast to any issue I have had.
