Great company and good with vendors.
Central Cal Management are true professionals in every sense of the word. They are of course prompt and courteous whenever I needed to reach out with an issue, but what I noticed and appreciated most was the personal touches they add to help in solving those issues, even though they were not obligated to do so. Ted and his people are the best in class real-estate and property management company in Bakersfield. Highly recommended business!
Maintenance issues have been left unresolved for 5+ months, despite multiple requests through the maintenance system and repeated emails to the owner. When repairs are done, the work is often rushed and low quality—especially with windows and doors. Management is unresponsive and it feels like cheap fixes are prioritized over properly addressing problems. Great, responsive!
This is another hot summer, my AC doesn't work, again. I reported it in March 2025 and I still have not had anyone come out to do anything. My apartment is staying between 80°- 95°+ every day for a week or 2 now. Last time they waited 4 months, during 100°+ before they replaced the last broken AC. I can't even stay in my place now, unless I want to die of a heat stroke.
