I have been a tenant of an apartment complex managed by Central Cal for many years. They surprised me with a brand new AC unit yesterday. I have lived in this apartment since Feb 2015, they have replaced my ceiling fan, hot water heater and also my toilet with an ADA approved one. And now my AC unit, the installer said it could cut my bill by half, how great is that. In my experience Central Cal management are good people you can count on if anything goes wrong. They have always responded fast to any issue I have had.
They said they do not go based on credit but denied me because of my credit.
I currently rent and by far they are the best in regards to renting. I've been at the same place for years and have rented through two others-so much needed to be fixed and in less than a month after we signed our lease Central has truly stepped up and fixed our garbage disposal, our blinds, replaced our heater and even came in for a mildew issue.
