I have had several issues since living here. The apartments were poorly designed so if you have a ground level apartment, you will hear your neighbor at all hours. Parking close to your apartment can be difficult. There are more tenants than there are parking spots. Another concern I have is safety. There has been theft in the area. Our neighbor's bike was stolen from under our stairs so the thief would of had to come right by our door to steal it. The icing on the cake is the amount of dog poop that is all over the place. Living at Central Bay was amazing! The area is so quiet and the staff is extremely helpful. If I needed anything from them they were very quick to respond. Maintenance requests were taken care of within the 2 days depending on when I submit the request. The apartments are also beautiful. If I move back to Wichita I will definitely look into living at Central Bay again!
Some of the best staff/management at any business around. Especially compared to some of the other apartments around town. Absolutely lovely apartment and great price for what you get. Absolutely recommend to everyone I know
Beautiful scenery, best prices around, trendy amenities, and 1 Gig Internet; can't beat that!
