Dr. Quintero is a wonderful surgeon & has also had VSG surgery herself. She has insight and is well educated to care for bariatric patients. The staff is always helpful & willing to answer any questions you have. The dietitians are available when you have have questions or concerns about the stages of your diet. I would highly recommend this practice.
